With the successful implementation of the goals and objectives of our environmental policy, U.S. Silver enjoys a history of regulatory compliance. Some of the highlights of this accomplishment include:

• No exceedances of NPDES permit conditions,
• No Notice of Violation from any regulatory agency,
• Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator status -- Hazardous Waste, and
• Title V Minor Source status -- Air Quality.

In addition to the achievements stated above, U.S. Silver has concurrently reclaimed as much disturbed land as possible during the operation phase of the project. Three of the six tailings impoundment cells used for the operation have been successfully reclaimed without using funds set aside with the Idaho Department of Water resources for reclamation purposes.
